IMPORTANT: Please read these general terms and conditions of sale (“the Conditions”) carefully as they together with your order confirmation constitute the contract (the “Contract”) between NASA Marine Limited (“us”/”we”/”our”) and you (“you”/”your”/”yourself”) for the sale of the goods you purchase on, or as a result of you viewing our product range on www.nasamarine.com (the “Site”).
Order
By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Conditions in their entirety. Please check that the details on your order are complete and accurate before you commit yourself to this Contract. Please ensure that you have read and understood these Conditions before you submit your order, because you will be bound by these Conditions once a contract comes into existence between us. If you do not agree with these Conditions, you must not place an order for any goods. In these Conditions, “Goods” means the goods which we supply to you in accordance with these Conditions.
We reserve the right to revise and amend these Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in payment methods or changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. You will be subject to the Conditions in force at the time that you order the goods from us.
Despatch of Goods
We shall despatch goods by Royal mail or Carrier to UK-based customers. Goods are normally despatched next working day after receipt of order. If you require guaranteed delivery the next working day, please select UPS at time of checkout.
Returning an Item
With non-defective goods you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, you then have a further 14 days to act send the goods back. Goods should be returned first class with proof of posting and the Customer is responsible for payment of all postage costs. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. When returning an item you may choose whether you would like the goods replaced or a refund issued.
Instructions for returning an item

Enter your web order number, your e-mail address and the reason for the return request. Once this information is submitted we will reply to your mail at the earliest opportunity.
We will email the RMA number to you. When you return the goods, please quote the RMA number as a reference.
The goods should be returned in their original packaging. Ensure the goods are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Your right to a refund or credit could be affected if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
